This was my Mother's recipe for cornbread. She always used honey in it and it was tender, moist, and sweet.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
How To Make honey-moist cornbread

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Pour into greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
