granny's skillet cornbread
This cornbread has been in my family for over 100 years. Its really good if you like that brown crust on the bottom. It makes the best Cornbread Dressing. I remember when I was a kid my Daddy would crumble it into a glass and pour milk over it and eat it with a spoon! This needs to be cooked in a Iron Skillet. Recipe can be cut in half if you don't have a large iron skillet.
