For me, this is the only recipe for Stuffing/Dressing! :) My grandma shared her recipe with me and it may be a common recipe used, but when it comes from Grandma... its the only one to use!! :)

Ingredients

  • 1
    loaf of bread
  • 1 stick
    butter, no substitutes
  • 2
    eggs, more if needed
  • 2
    stalks of celery, diced & cooked
  • 1 medium
    onion, diced & cooked
  • 1 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1 c
    milk
  • ·
    boullion

How to Make Grandma's Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter, add diced celery and onion. Cook until tender. Add boullion while cooking mixture.
  2. Break bread in pieces, add celery mixture to bread. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Bake @ 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, or place into turkey cavity to cook.
