This is a mixture that my brother uses for a lot of his foods. He has Celiac, and has become an expert at making Gluten-free foods that are pretty tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice flour
- 1 cup potato starch
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 4 teaspoons xantham gum
How To Make gluten-free flour mix

Step 1Whisk all ingredients together, store in plastic zipper bag, or canister with tight fitting lid.

Step 2Measure cup for cup in place of wheat flour. Some adjusting will need to be made to the amount depending on the recipe.
