This is a mixture that my brother uses for a lot of his foods. He has Celiac, and has become an expert at making Gluten-free foods that are pretty tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 4 teaspoons xantham gum

How To Make gluten-free flour mix

  • Step 1
    Whisk all ingredients together, store in plastic zipper bag, or canister with tight fitting lid.
  • Step 2
    Measure cup for cup in place of wheat flour. Some adjusting will need to be made to the amount depending on the recipe.
