    butter
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    molasses
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    vanilla or white chocolate chips

How to Make Gingerbread scones with white chocolate

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
    Mix dry ingredients, cut in soft, yet chilled butter using a pastry tool or two knives.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour into flour/butter mix along with the molasses. Once well mixed, add in chips and extra flour if too sticky/wet.
  3. Form mixture in a large round and score into 8 sections or place individual formed mounds on the baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
