How to Make Gingerbread scones with white chocolate
- Preheat oven to 400.
Mix dry ingredients, cut in soft, yet chilled butter using a pastry tool or two knives.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour into flour/butter mix along with the molasses. Once well mixed, add in chips and extra flour if too sticky/wet.
- Form mixture in a large round and score into 8 sections or place individual formed mounds on the baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
