Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups vanilla or white chocolate chips
How To Make gingerbread scones with white chocolate

Step 1Preheat oven to 400. Mix dry ingredients, cut in soft, yet chilled butter using a pastry tool or two knives.

Step 2In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour into flour/butter mix along with the molasses. Once well mixed, add in chips and extra flour if too sticky/wet.

Step 3Form mixture in a large round and score into 8 sections or place individual formed mounds on the baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
