Ingredients
- 1/4 cup shortening (i use butter crisco)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 - eggs
- 1 package yeast (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 cup unflavored yogurt
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1 1/2 cups cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
How To Make gf egg bread loaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Mix well to remove all lumps. Metal spoons work well to stir. The dough will be quite wet. Place dough in a greased loaf pan. Smooth top with wet hands. Bake 40-45 minutes, until loaf is slightly browned and toothpick inserted in middle tests clean. Serves 10, makes a large loaf. Cool thorougly, i use a bread slicing guide to cut.
