- 1 1/2 cups self-rising corn meal

- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup crisco oil
- 1 small can cream style corn
- 1 small container sour cream

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and pour into well greased iron skillet (grease pan well with shorting). Bake in 400 oven for 40 to 45 minutes. For muffins, saute onions in oil before addng to other ingredents. Baking time will be reduced.
