1Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a small skillet on the stove top add oil and garlic. Simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Remove, add parm. cheese and parsley and set aside.
2Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Slowly add in milk while stirring. Remove dough and add to a lightly floured surface. Knead dough then flatten into a rectangle shape. Use a pizza cutter and cut into strips. Twist strips and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Brush on oil mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and cool.
