Ingredients
- 6 slices firm white bread, crust removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves large garlic, split
How To Make garlic croutons

Step 1Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes.

Step 2In a large heavy frying pan, heat oil and butter with the garlic and when hot remove the garlic cloves.

Step 3Saute the bread cubes over med. high heat until lightly browned on all sides.

Step 4Drain on paper towels and let cool.
