garlic bubble loaf
Quick and easy substitute for making a loaf of garlic bread. I like that I can just pull a 'bubble' off and pop it into my mouth.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 large tube of refrigerated biscuits or 1 loaf frozen bread, thawed
How To Make garlic bubble loaf
-
Step 1In a bowl, combine butter, parsley, garlic powder and garlic salt. Cut dough into 1" pieces; dip each into butter mixture, covering as much as possible. (You can use more butter mixture if desired).
-
Step 2Layer dipped pieces in a greased 9x5x3" loaf pan.
-
Step 3Cover and let rise* until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
-
Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 loaf.
-
Step 5NOTE: *I have only done this using biscuits. You can put them in the oven immediately after preparing them, and that eliminates the hour to raise the regular bread dough.
