  • 4 c
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
    powdered milk
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    salt
  • ·
    oil to deep fry

How to Make Fried Indian Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and powdered milk together
  2. Form a well in dry mixed ingredients and add water. Mix & need.
  3. Divide into equal patties. Flatten patties and place in hot oil 1 in. deep or enough to float.
  4. Fry to golden on both sides. Remove, drain and eat while hot.
