Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- - oil to deep fry
How To Make fried indian bread

Step 1Mix flour, baking powder, salt and powdered milk together

Step 2Form a well in dry mixed ingredients and add water. Mix & need.

Step 3Divide into equal patties. Flatten patties and place in hot oil 1 in. deep or enough to float.

Step 4Fry to golden on both sides. Remove, drain and eat while hot.
