Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • - oil to deep fry

How To Make fried indian bread

  • Step 1
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and powdered milk together
  • Step 2
    Form a well in dry mixed ingredients and add water. Mix & need.
  • Step 3
    Divide into equal patties. Flatten patties and place in hot oil 1 in. deep or enough to float.
  • Step 4
    Fry to golden on both sides. Remove, drain and eat while hot.
