How to Make Fried Cornbread


  1. Mix all ingredients well. Heat cooking oil in an iron frying pan. Using a tablespoon from the silverware, drop by heaping spoonfuls in hot oil and fry until it looks lacy on the edges. Turn and fry the other side. Drain on paper towels.
