- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- - extra cooking oil
How To Make fried cornbread

Step 1Mix all ingredients well. Heat cooking oil in an iron frying pan. Using a tablespoon from the silverware, drop by heaping spoonfuls in hot oil and fry until it looks lacy on the edges. Turn and fry the other side. Drain on paper towels.
