Ingredients

  • 3 - 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 package Fleischmann's rapid rise yeast
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1-1/3 cup very warm water ( 120º to 130ºf)
  • 1/4 cup corn oil

How To Make freezer pizza dough

  • Step 1
    Combine 2 cups of flour, undissolved yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Add very warm water and oil. Mix until well blended; about 1 minute.
  • Step 2
    Gradually add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. The dough should form a ball and will be slightly sticky.
  • Step 3
    Knead on a floured surface. I use a silicone baking mat. Add additional flour until smooth and elastic, about 4 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Make a large ball. Slice the ball into 4 sections. Use plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Place wrapped dough in a freezer bag.
  • Step 5
    When needed, thaw the dough in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Step 6
    Spray the baking pan before adding the pizza dough.
  • Step 7
    To make pizza, pat the dough with floured hands on a floured silicone mat. Put the dough on a baking sheet. Then finish spreading the dough to your desired size. Make it fit your desired pan of choice. Spread with pizza sauce and toppings of choice.
