Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar (1 ounce)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- - cooking spray
How To Make fluffy pancakes

Step 1Combine milk with vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes to sour.

Step 2In a large bowl; combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Step 3Whisk the egg, oil and flavorings into the soured milk. Combine the liquids with the dry ingredients. Whisk until thouroughly mixed.

Step 4Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. When hot, coat with cooking spray. Ladle the batter onto the skillet (about 1/4 cup fulls) and cook until bubbles appear. Flip pancakes over with a spatula until browned on the other side. Serve immediatelu.
