How to Make FLOATING ISLANDS
- Preheat oven to 350. Cut together flour, yolks, and butter to form coarse crumbs.
- Add enough milk to moisten so dough can be rolled out.
- Roll dough thinly on floured surface. Cut into square or diamond shapes.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 until browned.
- Place baked islands in serving bowls; then cover with creamy soup.
