This is another pie crust recipe I use sometimes, I've used it for years.
If I know in advance I'm going to make pie crust,I put the flour& salt in the freezer for an hour before mixing the crust.
Sometimes when I make a savory pie,chicken,pork or turkey,I add 1 t. celery seed or 1/2 t. garlic powder
For sweet pie, sometimes I add 1 t. grated and minced lemon or orange peel.
