flaky and buttery pie crust

I have finally perfected making pie crust. It took me quite a while. I wanted it to flaky and to have a butter taste. You can make this in the food processer or by hand, just don't handle it too much or it will become tough.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup crisco shortening, chilled
- 1/2 cup unsalted butted, chilled
- 6-8 tablespoons ice water
How To Make flaky and buttery pie crust

Step 1In a glass bowl or your food processer, add your flour, salt, sugar, shortened(divided), butter(cut into inch slices) Cut in with fork or pastry blender until mixture resembles small peas. Add water a tablespoon at at time until dough starts to form a ball. Divide in half, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before using.
