easy hot rolls

I used to make these rolls for the holiday dinners where I worked. I'm still getting requests for them even though I no longer work there. :)

Ingredients
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 packages yeast
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup crisco
- 1 - egg
- 6 1/2 - 7 cups flour
How To Make easy hot rolls

Step 1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Step 2Add sugar, egg, salt, and Crisco. Mix well.

Step 3Add flour until dough becomes easy to handle.

Step 4Place in greased bowl, greased side up. Cover loosely with Saran Wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.

Step 5About 2 - 3 hours before needed, take dough out and form into balls. Let rise until double in size, then bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
