easy bisquick pizza crust

This used to be on the back of the Bisquick boxes. maybe still is. I just wanted it in my recipe box and for u too if you maybe haven't seen it. its real good, and makes good bread sticks too

Ingredients

  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees)
  • 2 1/2 cups bisquick biscuit mix

How To Make easy bisquick pizza crust

  • Step 1
    soften yeast in warm water, stir in bisquick. beat vigorously for two minutes. dust surface of rolling area with flour and knead dough until smooth (about 25 times) divide dough in half and roll each piece of dough to a 12 inch circle. place dough circles on greased pizza pans or baking sheets and stretch and press to fit. brush dough with oil or olive oil( if you prefer.)you dont allow these to rise before baking. fill with your favorite pizza toppings and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until crusts are lightly brown and the filling and cheese hot and bubbly. makes two 12 inch crusts.
