Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 1 bottle 12 ounces of beer, i use millers.
- 1 stick butter
How To Make easy beer bread

Step 1Mix the self rising flour, sugar and beer together. Ingredients will be sticky. Put in a greased, or non stick, loaf pan. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Rub top with stick of butter and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes until top is golden and crunchy.
