THE SECRET TO THIS RECIPE'S GOODNESS IS THE CAKE MIX USED TOGETHER WITH THE OTHER INGREDIENTS. THIS IS A MUST AT OUR HOUSE FOR EVERY HOLIDAY! MY NIECE WOULD INVENT NEW HOLIDAYS JUST SO WE COULD MAKE THESE ROLLS.

How to Make DINNER ROLLS

Step-by-Step

  1. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX WARM WATER AND YEAST.

    -ADD CAKE MIX,THEN FLOUR,MIXING UNTIL SMOOTH.
    -COVER WITH DISH CLOTH AND LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE. ABOUT 1 HOUR (IF NOT DOUBLE IN SIZE AFTER 1 HOUR THEN ADD ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TO THE TIME)
    -PUNCH DOWN AND LET RISE ANOTHER HOUR (YOU CAN ADD 15 TO 30 MINUTES MORE IF NEEDED) THEN KNEED OUT AND ROLL OUT.
    -SQUEEZE OFF DOUGH AND PLACE IN GREASED PAN.
    - LET RISE ANOTHER HOUR OR MORE IF NEEDED .
  2. (YOU ARE WANTING THE DOUGH TO DOUBLE IN SIZE EVERYTIME YOU ARE THRU HANDLING IT).

    BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 12 TO 18 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.

    MAKES 24 TO 36 ROLLS.
