Ingredients

  • DINNER ROLLS
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter or margarine
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons regular active dry yeast, or bread machine yeast

How To Make dinner rolls

  • Step 1
    Place all dough ingredients in bread pan in the order listed. Select sweet dough cycle. Grease a cookie sheet. Divide dough into 15 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. Place 2" apart on the cookie sheet. Brush with softened butter or margarine. Cover; let rise 30 to 40 minutes or until double in size. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Brush tops with butter or margarine if desired, while still hot.
