How to Make Dill Bread
1-Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c warm water
-mix together cottage cheese and melted butter, seasonings, egg and onion powder
2- add yeast mixture
-Gradually add flour
-Knead for 8-10 minutes
3- let rise until double in bulk/app. 1 hr.
-knead again app. 2 min.
-pour into greased loaf pan
4Let rise again until double in bulk
Bake 300 for 50 minutes
When done brush with butter and salt
