Ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 cup cottage cheese/creamed
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon dill seed
- 1 - egg/unbeated
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 - egg/unbeated
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
How To Make dill bread

Step 1-Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c warm water -mix together cottage cheese and melted butter, seasonings, egg and onion powder

Step 2- add yeast mixture -Gradually add flour -Knead for 8-10 minutes

Step 3- let rise until double in bulk/app. 1 hr. -knead again app. 2 min. -pour into greased loaf pan

Step 4Let rise again until double in bulk Bake 300 for 50 minutes When done brush with butter and salt
