THIS RECIPE CAME FROM A CHURCH RECIPE BOOK (HORNES BOUNTIFUL HARVEST). WE ALL KNOW CHURCH LADIES ARE THE BEST COOKS. I DID ADD SUGAR TO THE RECIPE TO MAKE IT MINE.

  • 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can 15 oz cream style corn

  • Step 1
    SPRAY 13 X 9 DISH WITH PAM BEFORE BAKING.
  • Step 2
    MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND BAKE 325 TO 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR.
  • Step 3
    USE TOOTH PICK TO CHECK TO SEE IF DONE.
  • Step 4
    LEFTOVERS CAN BE FROZEN. WRAP EACH PIECE INDIVIDUALLY SO YOU CAN TAKE OUT ONLY WHAT YOU WANT. VARIATIONS: ADD 1 OR 2 HOT PEPPERS OR 1 BOX CHOPPED BROCCOLI OR ADD 2 ONIONS.
