THIS RECIPE CAME FROM A CHURCH RECIPE BOOK (HORNES BOUNTIFUL HARVEST). WE ALL KNOW CHURCH LADIES ARE THE BEST COOKS. I DID ADD SUGAR TO THE RECIPE TO MAKE IT MINE.

- 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can 15 oz cream style corn

Step 1SPRAY 13 X 9 DISH WITH PAM BEFORE BAKING.

Step 2MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND BAKE 325 TO 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR.

Step 3USE TOOTH PICK TO CHECK TO SEE IF DONE.

Step 4LEFTOVERS CAN BE FROZEN. WRAP EACH PIECE INDIVIDUALLY SO YOU CAN TAKE OUT ONLY WHAT YOU WANT. VARIATIONS: ADD 1 OR 2 HOT PEPPERS OR 1 BOX CHOPPED BROCCOLI OR ADD 2 ONIONS.
