delia's bread
Aunt Delia made bread every day, and Grandma W and I spend one entire summer going to her house to measure when she mixed, then home to Grandma's to try and duplicate. Aunt Delia NEVER measured, so a pinch to her could have been literally a pinch, or a palm full. This is the recipe we came up with! It is wonderful, and even great day 2 for toast with breakfast.
