Ingredients
- 6 cups sourdough bread cubes, approx. 3/4 inch each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6-7 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make croutons made with sourdough bread

Step 1Place bread cubes in a large bowl.

Step 2Drizzle bread with olive oil and toss to coat well. Add the grated Parmesan cheese along with the garlic powder -- toss to coat again.

Step 3Pour bread cubes out on a large baking sheet and separate them. Bake at 350 degrees F approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. Toss bread occasionally to evenly brown them.

Step 4Cool bread cubes completely and store in an airtight container at room temp.
