There isn't anyone that I have served this to that didn't love it!! It's fast, easy and can be served with a salad, pasta dish or as an appetizer!!!

Ingredients For crostini bread

1french baguette, sliced

1 jarprepared pesto
-
3plum tomatoes
-
1 lbwhole aged mozzarella
How To Make crostini bread

1Slice baguette into 1 inch slices and place flat (to be topped with pesto, tomatoes and cheese) on a baking pan. Slice tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Slice mozzarella (to fit the bread) into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices.

2Spread 1 tsp of prepared pesto onto each slice of baguette bread. Top with 1 tomato slice then 1 cheese slice. Preheat oven to broil.

3Broil in oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Serve.
