How to Make Crostini Bread
- Slice baguette into 1 inch slices and place flat (to be topped with pesto, tomatoes and cheese) on a baking pan. Slice tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Slice mozzarella (to fit the bread) into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices.
- Spread 1 tsp of prepared pesto onto each slice of baguette bread. Top with 1 tomato slice then 1 cheese slice. Preheat oven to broil.
- Broil in oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Serve.
