This is good even without the crawfish, if you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4-1/2 cup chopped jalapenos (optional)
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 pound crawfish tails

How To Make crawfish cornbread

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together. Put into a greased 9x12 pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
