This is the recipe I use for my Cranberry Nut Bread. So many different ones ~ I have just stuck with this one.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup orange juice, fresh
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 - egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries/ coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make cranberry orange nut bread

Step 1Mix together first 5 ingredients. Stir in the orange juice, orange peel, vegetable oil and egg. Mix until well blended. Stir in cranberries and nut. Spread in loaf pan.

Step 2Bake 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes wrap and store overnight for best flavor.
