Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoons shortening, melted
- - orange rind
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups cranberries, halved
- 1 1/2 cups water
- CINNAMON HONEY BUTTER
- 1 stick butter, unsalted, room temp
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
How To Make cranberry orange bread with cinnamon honey butter

Step 1Blend dry ingredients.

Step 2Add orange rind to the 1 1/2 cups water. Add this and remaining ingredients to dry ingredients.

Step 3Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Step 4For Cinnamon Honey Butter:

Step 5Combine all ingredients in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Serve at room temp.
