- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon water
- 1 - egg
- 4 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/14 teaspoons yeast
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
How To Make country dinner rolls

Step 1In the bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order as recommended by the manufacturer. Usually liquids first then end with yeast. Select dough setting. Check dough after 5 minutes and if needed add 1-2 teaspoons of water if the dough is too dry or flour if the dough is too moist.

Step 2Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan. When dough is finished, shape into 15 balls. Cover and let rise until about double in size. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Brush tops with melted butter.

Step 3NOTE: This can also be baked as a loaf of bread. Instead of choosing dough setting, select the basic bread setting and bake as normal.
