- 4 cups yellow cornmeal
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
How To Make cornbread

Step 1BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A MIXING BOWL AND MIX THOROUGHLY (WITH WHISK OR MIXER).

Step 2IF MIX IS TOO WATERY ADD A LITTLE MORE CORNMEAL.

Step 3POUR INTO A RECTANGULAR BAKING DISH. BAKE AT 375. BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND BREAD SHRINKS AWAY FROM SIDES OF BAKING DISH.
