MY COUSIN MADE THIS CORNBREAD AND IT JUST MELTED IN MY MOUTH, IT WAS JUST THAT GOOD....

Ingredients

  • 4 cups yellow cornmeal
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

How To Make cornbread

  • Step 1
    BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A MIXING BOWL AND MIX THOROUGHLY (WITH WHISK OR MIXER).
  • Step 2
    IF MIX IS TOO WATERY ADD A LITTLE MORE CORNMEAL.
  • Step 3
    POUR INTO A RECTANGULAR BAKING DISH. BAKE AT 375. BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND BREAD SHRINKS AWAY FROM SIDES OF BAKING DISH.
