- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
How To Make cornbread cakes

Step 2Add egg then buttermilk. Beat until smooth.

Step 3Drop by Tablespoon of batter onto greased griddle or skillet. Brown on both sides.
