yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp

baking soda
1 1/4 c

buttermilk
1 Tbsp

butter, melted
1 tsp

salt

egg, beaten

How To Make cornbread cakes

Mix cornmeal and salt together.

Add egg then buttermilk. Beat until smooth.

Drop by Tablespoon of batter onto greased griddle or skillet. Brown on both sides.
