Ingredients
- 1 cup corn meal mix (i prefer aunt jemima buttermilk)
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup canned cream style corn (we have small cans that are perfect)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
How To Make cornbread

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 8x8 pan or a preheated cast iron skillet.

Step 3Bake for 25 minutes or until light golden brown.

Step 4Also good with a can of chopped green chilies added to the mix.
