I love this sweet buttery flavored corn bread. This is on that comfort food list. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 1/2oz. package jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 - 8 1/4oz. can cream style corn
  • 1 - 8 3/4oz. can sweet whole kernal corn, drained
  • 1 - 8oz. container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

How To Make corn spoonbread

  • Step 1
    Stir together all ingredients, and pour into a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden brown. 12 servings
