This one is Barb's, here again another corn "bread" recipe. LOL. Oooh, the options, and I just love corn recipes!

Ingredients

  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 8 1/2 ounces jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 8 1/2 ounces cream style corn
  • 8 1/2 ounces can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine

How To Make corn spoon bread, barb

  • Step 1
    Combine eggs, muffin mix, both corns, sour cream and margarine. Spread in 11 x 7 x 1 3/4 baking dish. Let mix stand 5 min in baking dish before baking. Bake at 350 degrees 35 min until knife comes out clean.
