Ingredients
- 1 can cream stlye corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 pint sour cream (same as 2 c. or 16 oz.)
- 1 stick butter
- 2 - eggs, well beaten
- 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
How To Make corn pudding

Step 1Melt butter in a skillet. (cast iron) (if you don't have one, melt butter , then put in a metal baking pan)

Step 2Add corn and sour cream.

Step 3Mix in Jiffy mix and beaten eggs.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 45- 60 minutes till golden brown.
