Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream stlye corn
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn
1 pt
sour cream (same as 2 c. or 16 oz.)
1 stick
butter
2
eggs, well beaten
1 box
jiffy corn bread mix

How to Make Corn Pudding

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter in a skillet. (cast iron) (if you don't have one, melt butter , then put in a metal baking pan)
  • 2Add corn and sour cream.
  • 3Mix in Jiffy mix and beaten eggs.
  • 4Bake at 350 degrees for 45- 60 minutes till golden brown.
