- 1 1/3 cups self-rising buttermilk corn meal
- 2/3 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 3 - eggs

Step 1Mix all together; you may need to add a little more milk but not more than a 1/2 cup more. Batter will be thick. Pour into a loaf pan.
