How to Make Corn Fritters


  1. Drain corn
  2. mix all ingredients together
  3. add more flour if batter too runny/moist
  4. use a deep fryer or skillet, heat oil
  5. when oil is heated, drop batter by spoonful into the hot oil. Be careful, as it may splatter. Turn when the fritter is brown on one side. Cook until fritter is brown on both sides.
  6. drain on paper towels
