My mother-in-law made this Corn Bread Dressing, it was always a hit every Thanksgiving, I modified this recipe to fit our family and it is enjoyed by all.

Ingredients
- 2 packages (12 oz. each corn bread mix, baked & crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 - boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make corn bread dressing

Step 1In a 2-quart oblong baking dish, heat celery, onion and butter in microwave 6 to 7 minutes on HIGH until celery and onion are tender, stirring twice.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients, combine thoroughly.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 4This makes enough to stuff a 9 to 12 pound bird.
