Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal ( i use 1 & 1/2 cups)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
How To Make corn bread

Step 1Combine dry ingredients, stir w/ a spoon. Make a well in center.

Step 2Stir in liquid ingredients, just til moistened.

Step 3Spray round or square baking dish. You can make in muffin tins, bake 20- 30 min.

Step 4Bake 400* Avoid opening oven door if possible.
