Ingredients

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    yellow cornmeal ( i use 1 & 1/2 cups)
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil

How to Make CORN BREAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine dry ingredients, stir w/ a spoon.
    Make a well in center.
  2. Stir in liquid ingredients, just til moistened.
  3. Spray round or square baking dish.
    You can make in muffin tins, bake 20- 30 min.
  4. Bake 400*
    Avoid opening oven door if possible.
