I was inpired to create my own take of the Colombian Buñuelos that our close family friend used to prepare all the time when I was a child. I hope you all enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tapioca starch
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chèvre cheese
- 1 - egg
- abt 1 teaspoon milk
- - oil
How To Make chèvre beignet

Step 1Whisk together all dry ingredients in bowl. Mix in the chèvre cheese.

Step 2Create a well in the center, mix egg in by hand until a doughy consistency. Only add milk if needed to get right consistency.

Step 3Form balls about 1 inch in diameter and drop into hot oil. Cook about 4 minutes until golden brown. Serve and Enjoy! =) **Optional: Lightly dust with powdered sugar.
