1Whisk together all dry ingredients in bowl. Mix in the chèvre cheese.
2Create a well in the center, mix egg in by hand until a doughy consistency. Only add milk if needed to get right consistency.
3Form balls about 1 inch in diameter and drop into hot oil. Cook about 4 minutes until golden brown. Serve and Enjoy! =)
**Optional: Lightly dust with powdered sugar.
