Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
How To Make cherry citrus scones

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Spray scone pan with cooking spray.

Step 3Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and orange zest.

Step 4Cut in butter, until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.

Step 5Mix together milk and egg. Add to flour mixture.

Step 6Add dried cherries and mix until soft dough forms.

Step 7Place dough in scone pan.

Step 8Fill empty scone areas with water.

Step 9Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden.
