- 3 cups self rising flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 12 ounces beer
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick butter, melted

Step 1Mix 1st four ingredients together. Batter will be thick

Step 2Pour into a buttered bread pan. Pour melted butter on top

Step 3Place bread pan on a sheet pan as some butter May bubble over. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm on top
