How to Make Carribbean fried dumplings
- Mix all dry ingredients and add the milk. Knead gently and make into patties. Fry in about an inch of hot oil in a non stick frypan until brown.
I am not sure why it is called a dumpling because it is nothing like the dumplings we know and love, but it sure it tasty and can be eaten for breakfast with a little sugar and cinnamon on top.
