Don't be caught in a "pinch" Supper easy and works like a dream! Also can reverse if you need all-purpose flour and all you have is cake flour :)

1 cup sifted all-purpose flour - minus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons corn starch

How To Make cake flour

Step 1

Measure 1 cup and remove the 2 tablespoons

Step 2

Add 2 tablespoons corn starch
Step 3

sift all together
Step 4

If you need all purpose flour and all you have is cake flour, just measure 1 cup cake flour and add 2 more tablespoons of cake flour and it works like all purpose :)
