This is the best cornbread recipe I have found yet. It's moist and doesnt crumble as much as most corn breads do.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 2/3 cups milk
- 2 1/3 cups flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make buttery cornbread

Step 1In large bowl or kitchen aid mixer, cream butter and sugar.

Step 2In small bowl, combine eggs and milk.

Step 3In another bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt.

Step 4Add flour mixture and milk mixture alternately into cream mixture, mix well. Pour into well greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 22-27 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5Add a can of creamed corn for a little more moisture and texture.
