How to Make Buttery Cornbread
- In large bowl or kitchen aid mixer, cream butter and sugar.
- In small bowl, combine eggs and milk.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt.
- Add flour mixture and milk mixture alternately into cream mixture, mix well. Pour into well greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 22-27 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Add a can of creamed corn for a little more moisture and texture.
