- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make buttermilk pancakes

Step 1In large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Step 2In small bowl beat eggs, then add buttermilk and vanilla.

Step 3Pour buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Step 4Stir in melted butter.

Step 5Pour about 1/3 cup of batter onto hot griddle. Flip the pancakes once the edges begin to dry and bubbles form and pop.
