Ingredients
- DRY INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- WET INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup olive oil, light
- 1 2/3 cups buttermilk
- 3 - eggs
How To Make buttermilk cornbread

Step 1Preheat oven to 425°

Step 2Lightly spray 13x9" baking pan with non-stick spray

Step 3Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl

Step 4In a separate bowl, combine remaining 3 ingredients and beat with whisk

Step 5Form a well in the dry mixture and add liquid mixture

Step 6Beat with whisk until smooth

Step 7Pour batter evenly in pan

Step 8Bake at 425° for 20-25 min until knife entered in center comes out clean
